Serving a fully immersive culinary experience in our hub in Bali consisting of a bar, mushroom chamber, dining room, food forest, fermentation kitchen, canteen, design store and hotel rooms it allows us to experiment with ingredients and experiences whilst growing and advocating for a better relationship with mother nature.
