The client/owners of the resort are deeply vested in the success of the food & beverage venues. Their desire was for a highly bespoke, high-end experience rooted in contemporary Indonesian culture.

We came on board to conceptualize all the F&B venues, coordinate
the BOH & FOH design and handle venue management, training & product development as licensing partner with a long term post-opening commitment.
